This is the way of the Giro d’Italia 2009 , of the Gran fondo Straducale of Urbino and probably the best side for cyclists.

The climb restart with a slope of 10-12%, to Cerreto, where we turn right towards this latter, here is also the first hairpin numbered, the 21 with the relative elevation (520m).
The slope is generally around to 8%, this allows you to pick up the pace and continue regular up to 1100m altitude where in Bocca Plan a short flat section allows you to relax your muscles while waiting for the slopes come back to be grim, in fact, already the next bend is touched again a slope of 12%.

this is another typical example for a really great video from the Bike Lab! I watched the stage of the 2009 Giro d' Italia yesterday and that reminded me to ride this video again ... I did it today and it is very good. Nice route, excellent quality!

Phew, this climb always makes me feel 'far, far away'. In the last section of the climb, you ride on a small road with no trees, no houses, no cars and no people. Despite its overall elevation of about 1000 m, it's very relaxing.
Excellent RLV.
