Solda, known as the "Jewel of the Alps" at 1,900 meters of altitude, is a small town in Südtirol, is chosen as a holiday destination for celebrities such as, for example, Mrs. Angela Merkel. Located between the Ortler mountains, Solda is a continuous mix of natural beauties with flowers, streams and suggestive woods.
The race starts in Trafoi, we ride few kilometers to warm up the muscles. When we arrive in Gomagoi we begin the climb of 7 km, with an average slope of 8% (12% max). At the end of the climb we ride the last 4 kilometers through the green plateau of Solda with the imposing massif of Ortler in front of us. Than We cross the beautiful village of Solda and we finish our training.
